The Big Lift in 2023
#PayingItForward, always.
Though we still felt the aftershocks of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Big Lift was back and better than ever in 2023. With a brand new CROPs team who had almost all been participants in the year prior, we were all very eager and ready to make 2023 one for the books.
And that we did!
For the Winter Trip last year, we brought along eighty students on an adventure along the coast of New South Wales down to Melbourne. We volunteered at nine towns along the way with the aim to leave lasting and meaningful impacts on the communities we worked with. This was achieved through various service projects, including but not limited to; environmental conservation, general refurbishing and maintenance and disposal of waste.

A Promising 2024
We hope to use 2023 as a benchmark to strive further and break new grounds this year. In 2024, we aim to delve more into the rural communities of Australia and build lasting, long term relationships with the towns that we visit.
